City Museum Reviews

We went to City Museum on one of those warm afternoons where you’re already kind of regretting being out and about, but the second we got inside I was relieved. It just felt comfortable, not chilly in that weird over-air-conditioned way, but not stuffy either, which I always worry about in places with a lot of people moving around.
We ended up wandering around for a few hours, and I don’t think I once thought, ugh, it’s too hot in here, which is saying something, especially with kids running everywhere and all the climbing and exploring. It made the whole visit so much easier and more fun, like we could actually relax and enjoy it. Definitely 5 stars from me...

I had a great time here, and I think other customers would really enjoy it too. The whole experience was easygoing and pleasant, and I’d definitely be happy to come back.

I got the closure notice quickly, which I appreciated, and there wasn’t any hassle getting the information. That said, I’m hoping there’s some kind of compensation or follow-up offered since the closure still impacts my plans.

We had such a fun time at City Museum. Like i said, it really doesn’t feel like a regular museum at all, it’s more like a huge playground with stuff to climb on, crawl through, and just explore everywhere. My kids were completely worn out after a few hours, but in the best way. The staff was helpful too, which made things easier. Like i said, we had a great time and I’d definitely go again.

I was on the City Museum site just trying to check ticket info. You know, one of those quick tasks that can turn annoying fast. But it was simple. The text was easy to read, the buttons actually did what I expected, and I found what I needed without digging around forever. Kind of a relief.

I went to City Museum with my kids and was kind of surprised by how clean it was. There were people climbing, running around, and exploring everywhere, but the bathrooms were actually kept up and the floors didn’t feel gross at all. I noticed staff picking things up throughout the day too, which made a big difference. For a place that busy, it felt really "well taken care of" and made our visit way more comfortable

I got my tickets so quickly I thought something had gone wrong at first. No hassle, no weird steps, nothing stressful at all. It was almost suspiciously easy, but in the best way

Took my kids there last weekend, and the staff made the whole thing way easier. We somehow got turned around a couple times, which, to be fair, happens to me basically anywhere bigger than a grocery store, and everyone we asked was super friendly and patient. One guy even walked us over to where we needed to go instead of just vaguely pointing, which I really appreciated, especially with the kids already getting a little restless. It was busy too, so that stood out. Just felt like they actually cared about people having a good day.

I had a good time overall 🙂 The snacks were basic, and the drinks ended up being pricier than I expected. Not a bad experience at all, just kind of average.

I knew going in that this wasn’t going to be the cheapest option, so my expectations were high. Overall, it lived up to them. It feels worth the money, even if the price is something you’ll definitely notice

I spent about 3 hours here and still felt like I missed a few things. As someone who likes to explore at my own pace, I had a good time, though it was a little confusing figuring out where to go at times. Still, it was fun overall and definitely worth checking out.

Found a spot quickly and didn’t have to stress about it at all. Super easy experience.

I went with my kids and, i was a little worried we’d be running around trying to find a bathroom at the worst possible time. But there were plenty around, they were clean enough, and we never had to wait when someone needed one. Maybe we just got lucky, but it made the visit a lot easier...

I don’t know why I wasn’t expecting so much climbing, but this place definitely wore me out a bit. It’s a cool spot and I’m glad I went, but my knees were feeling it by the end.

I stopped in and noticed right away that the place was taken care of. The bathrooms were clean, the floors looked like they’d been kept up, and nothing felt worn out or broken. It just gave off a really clean, well-maintained feel.

This place is definitely creative and way different from a normal museum. There are weird tunnels, random art pieces, and stuff you can climb through, which was fun at first and made it feel like you were exploring something totally different.
After a while though, it started feeling confusing and crowded, and some areas came off more messy than cool. I don’t know if whoever runs this is trying to make it chaotic on purpose, but it wasn’t totally my thing. Still worth checking out once, though.

We had a fun time at City Museum. There was places to sit when we needed to take a break, but a few areas filled up real quick. We still ended up finding seats after walking around a little. Not perfect or anything, but for a busy day it was good enough.

It was crowded when we got there, so I was expecting to wait a while, but the line actually moved faster than I thought. Still, with how busy and hectic it felt, I’d hope they’d offer a little something for the inconvenience

I stopped in the gift shop after going through the museum it was fun to poke around. They had a mix of random little toys, shirts, postcards, and all the weird City Museum-type stuff you’d expect. Some of the prices felt a little high, but I mean... gift shop prices, so not super surprising. My only real complaint is that I wish they had more shirt sizes available because a couple designs were actually cool

I thought the museum itself was really cool, but the signs were confusing for me. I ended up getting turned around a bunch, which was frustrating because I feel like I missed a few areas I wanted to see. I still enjoyed it, but I wish it had been easier for me to find my way around
